1. 本《意见》制定的目标本《意见》制定的目标是制定高质量、体现岭南针灸特色的针灸指导意见。2. 本《意见》制定的目的本《意见》制定的目的是为岭南地区新冠感染恢复期的针灸治疗提供符合临床实践的参考处方或临证策略，以提高针灸治疗本病的安全性和有效性。3. 本《意见》的适用人群本《意见》的应用人群主要为岭南地区执业中医师、执业助理中医师、医学院校的教师、针灸科研人员及其他针灸相关工作人员等。本《意见》的应用的目标环境为岭南地区包含针灸专科的医院、从事针灸学临床工作的基层医院或诊所、句含针灸学专业的医学院校、针灸学相关的科研及评价机构。4. 本《意见》适用的疾病范围本《意见》适用于新冠感染恢复期患者的针灸治疗。
