主要技术内容
7技术要求7.1 外观7.1.1 滴头的内外表面不允许有气泡、裂口、缺损、严重变形、弯曲、过滤窗堵塞等制造缺陷，飞边毛刺不得超过 0.05 mm。7.1.2 滴灌管及滴灌带的颜色一般为黑色，也可与客户商议规定。内外壁色泽应均匀一致，表面不得有明显未塑化物、杂质、气泡、挂料线及其他影响使用功能的外观缺陷。7.1.3 滴头镶嵌应牢固、平整、位置准确、无滴头漏嵌、翘曲及镶嵌不到位等缺陷。7.1.4 滴头窗框内的开孔位置应正确、均匀，孔口周边应无飞边毛刺、材料屑、渣现象。7.2 不透光性滴灌管、滴灌带应不透光。7.3 规格尺寸7.3.1 滴灌管的规格尺寸及其极限偏差
