主要技术内容
1.0.1为了规范本地涂装市场外墙涂料涂装工艺，推广外墙涂料涂装技术，确保外墙涂料涂装工程施工及验收的质量，结合本地环境与工程特点，制订本规程。1.0.2本标准规定了合成树脂乳液建筑外墙涂料应用技术的前言、总则、术语、材料、设计、施工、验收、安全、环保等内容。1.0.3本标准适用于各类工业与民用建筑中以水泥砂浆抹灰基层、混合砂浆抹灰基层、聚合物水泥砂浆抹灰基层、混凝土基层、板材基层、装饰砂浆基层、外墙外保温系统和旧涂层为基层的外墙涂料涂装工程。1.0.4合成树脂乳液建筑外墙涂料的应用和验收，除应符合本规程和设计整体要求外，应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
