主要技术内容
为贯彻执行国家绿色发展节能降碳技术经济政策，规范630MPa热处理（热轧）带肋高强钢筋在混凝土结构中的应用，做到安全适用、技术先进、确保质量、经济合理制定本规程。本规程适用于配置屈服强度标准值630MPa热处理（热轧）带肋高强钢筋混凝土建筑结构的设计、施工和质量验收。其他桥梁和市政结构若使用应进一步研究。630MPa热处理（热轧）带肋高强钢筋混凝土结构设计、施工和质量验收除应符合本规程外，尚应符合现行国家、行业和地方规范和相关标准的规定。
