适用范围
本文件规定了非金属粉型焊用TS308L-FCG-1不锈钢药芯焊丝的型号、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存等内容。本文件适用于石油化工、轨道机车、海洋牧场、环保机械等关键不锈钢薄板结构件焊接用非金属粉型焊用TS308L-FCG-1不锈钢药芯焊丝(以下简称“焊丝”)。
主要技术内容
针对非金属粉型不锈钢药芯焊丝产品的特点，分别制定了产品的尺寸和表面质量要求，特别是主要技术要求超细径0.8mm、0.9mm,以及主要技术内容熔敷金属化学成分、力学性能。
