主要技术内容
本文件规定了腰痹的辨证分型、中医干预方法和预防调护的要求。本文件适用于保健、养生、康复、养老等机构，以及有一定中医医学基础的人群操作。无任何医学基本常识的人群参考使用。本文件适用的慢性病为中医学中的腰痹病证；西医学中的腰肌劳损、腰椎骨质增生等均可参考本文件内容进行辨证论治。本文件提供的干预方法不影响受术者在正规医疗机构的治疗。施术者可根据场地及个人掌握技术等实际情况灵活选择一种或多种方法。
