柔性薄膜压力传感器标定测试方法

主要技术内容

本文件规定了柔性薄膜压力传感器（以下简称“传感器”）标定测试的术语和定义、技术要求、测试设备、测试流程、数学模型的建立以及误差分析。本文件适用于薄膜类型的压力传感器，包括绝压传感器、差压传感器、表压传感器和负压传感器。
