主要技术内容
列车自主运行系统（以下简称“TACS”）作为新一代列车运行控制系统，具有安全、高效、灵活、经济、易部署等特点，系统的功能和性能更优、架构更精简，与传统 CBTC 系统存在着较大差异，目前国内尚未出台相关标准。为统一城市轨道交通 TACS 系统需求， 规范 TACS 系统设计、维护和招投标工作，同时为采用 TACS 的线路研究、建设、验收、运营和维护标准化提供指导，特制定本规范。本规范包括：范围；规范性引用文件；术语与定义；缩略语；基本要求；功能要求；性能要求；条文说明。本规范在编制过程中进行了广泛的调查研究，以现行相关国家、行业标准及规范为基础，积极采纳了城市轨道交通工程建设、设计、运营、管理、科研等相关单位的意见和建议，紧
