主要技术内容
目前用于评定食品、农产品、中药材中重金属及有害元素的测定方法主要有电感耦合等离子体质谱法、原子吸收法和原子荧光法等。而目前远志中重金属的测定多用原子吸收法，但是由于受其他元素干扰较多的，对检测结果造成影响。电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）具有检出限低（达ng/mL或更低），基体效应小，谱线简单，能同时测定多种元素，动态线性范围宽及能快速测定同位素比值等优点。本标准采用ICP-MS法，对远志中重金属及有害元素进行测定及分析，为远志产品合理开发与利用以及市场评价提供了重要参考。
