本文件规定了化妆品包装用塑料高阻隔复合片材（以下简称“片材”）的基本要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存、质量承诺。本文件适用于厚度在0.20 mm～0.50 mm，以乙烯－乙烯醇共聚物（EVOH）共挤膜或聚乙烯涂层膜等阻隔性薄膜和其他聚乙烯薄膜通过复合工艺生产的具有阻隔性能的化妆品包装用多层复合片材。
