本标准适用于以合成树脂乳液为基料，与颜料、填料及各种助剂配制而成的，涂覆后能形成表面平整的薄质涂层的，且具有弹性、耐污渍、甲醛净化、抗菌功能的一种或多种特性的内墙涂料，不包括底漆。
