适用范围
本文件规定了基于浏览器的实时通信（WebRTC）能力体系结构，制定基于浏览器的实时通信（WebRTC）视频通信服务能力平台需要支持的组件功能、消息流程、接口协议绑定等方面的业务能力总体技术要求。本文件所制定的WebRTC视频通信服务能力适用于互联网及移动互联网业务环境下的智能终端及应用服务器的设计与研发。
