本标准规定了雪尼尔地毯术语和定义、基本要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存和质量承诺。 本标准适用于以雪尼尔纱线和基布为主要原料，经簇绒、染整、涂胶复底（背胶、二次背衬）等工艺制成的日常生活使用的毯、垫。
