适用范围

本标准规定了广东省辖区内汽车制造业生产过程中表面涂装作业的挥发性有机化合物（VOCs）排 放控制要求。 本标准适用于现有汽车制造企业VOCs排放控制，以及新建、改建、扩建项目的环境影响评价、 设计、竣工验收及其建成后污染源的VOCs排放控制。
