适用范围
本文件规定了测定土壤和沉积物中17种无机元素的能量色散X射线荧光光谱法的试剂与材料、仪器与设备、样品、分析步骤、结果计算与表示、准确度、质量保证和质量控制、注意事项。本文件适用于土壤和沉积物中砷（As）、溴（Br）、铈（ Ce）、铬（Cr）、铜（Cu）、镓（Ga）、锰（Mn）、铌（Nb）、镍（Ni）、铅（Pb）、铷（Rb）、锶（Sr）、钍（Th）、钛（Ti）、钒（V）、锌（Zn）、锆（Zr）17种无机元素的测定。
