适用范围

本标准规定了纯电动公共汽车能源管理的术语和定义、基本原则、基础管理、能源使用管理、信息管理、能源计量器具管理、文化建设、评估管理、考核与改进等方面的要求。本标准适用于纯电动公共汽车运营企业（以下简称“企业”）开展能源管理体系建立、实施、评估和改进，提升节能效益的相关活动。
