客货滚装港口船舶服务规范

适用范围

本文件规定了客货滚装港口船舶服务的船舶班期安排、船舶抵离港、船舶配载、船舶装卸、船舶水电补给、船舶结算、船舶通信、服务设备设施、应急管理的要求，描述了船舶服务质量评价与改进的方法。本文件适用于客货滚装港口对抵离港船舶提供的服务活动。
