适用范围

本部分适用于国内航行海船安全与环保证书、海上船舶检验证书簿、海上高速船安全证书、沿海小船检验证书、海上船舶临时乘客定额证书、海上船舶危险品适装证书及船舶起重设备证书电子证照的生成、数据处理、交换与共享心。
