船舶基础信息采集交换接口规范

适用范围

本标准适用于交通运输船舶信息管理中船舶登记系统和船舶检验系统基础信息数据的采集与交换，以及其他业务管理信息系统与部级海事数据中心之间进行船舶基础信息的数据交换。其他需要采集、共享、交换和使用船舶基础信息数据的相关数据库设计与开发可参照使用。
