主要技术内容
标准规定了交通信号控制机(以下简称为信号机)与上位机间的数据通信协议的结构及物理层、数据链路层、网络层和应用层的要求，适用于交通信号控制系统中采用相位环数据结构的信号机与上位机间的通信。本标准目的是制定一套基于交通信号控制机与上位机之间的通信协议，此协议基于环结构进行制定，可提高信号机控制的灵活性，是对现有基于阶段的国标协议的一种补充，有利于国内智能交通行业的发展。
