适用范围
本文件规定了太赫兹时域光谱检测方法的方法概述、一般要求、检测系统、工艺规程、检测方法、数据分析与评价和检测记录和报告等。 本文件适用于对太赫兹具有一定透射性的非极性材料的自身缺陷、粘接缺陷等的检测、定性判断及定量分析。非极性材料包括陶瓷材料、塑料材料、层压结构复合材料、蜂窝结构复合材料等。
