本标准规定了石油和天然气工业管线输送系统用全焊接球阀的术语和定义、结构型式和参数、基本要求、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则、标志、包装和贮运及质量承诺。本标准适用于公称压力PN16～PN160或Class150～Class900、公称尺寸DN50～DN1500或NPS2～NPS60，输送介质为原油、成品油和天然气，管线输送系统用的法兰连接和焊接连接全焊接球阀（简称全焊接球阀）。
