本文件规定了计算机中央处理器（CPU）用热柱的结构与型号、基本要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存以及质量承诺。本文件适用于直径不小于12 mm、以铜材料为密闭壳体， 内部充填高纯水作为传热工质的计算机中央处理器（CPU）散热器用热柱（简称热柱）。其他尺寸的热柱可参照执行。
