户用电化学储能系统设计规范

适用范围
1.0.1 为规范户用电化学储能系统的设计，保障电化学储能系统质量和安全，制定本规范。1.0.2 本规范适用于通过10kV及以下电压等级接入工商业用户和居民用户配电网，额定能量为5kWh及以上，以锂离子电池、钠离子电池、铅酸/铅炭电池、液流电池为电能存储载体的固定式电化学储能系统新建、改建和扩建工程设计。1.0.3 户用电化学储能系统设计除应符合本规范外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
