本标准提出了城市轨道交通信号智能综合运维系统建设的总体要求，规定了信息采集、综合监督、智能诊断、综合分析、统计查询、预报警管理、维修管理等系统功能要求，规范了系统架构、设备配置、系统网络要求，提出了系统运行环境适应性、系统性能、传感采集安全、网络与信息安全等技术要求，适用于城市轨道交通领域基于CBTC系统架构的信号系统智能综合运维相关系统的设计、研制、实施以及验收。
