本文件规定了增材制造用高温合金粉末的术语和定义、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存及质量证明书。 本文件适用于以等离子旋转电极法（Plasma Rotating Electrode Process, PREP）和真空感应气雾化法（Vacuum Induction Melting Inert Gas Atomization, VIGA）制备的高温合金粉末（以下简称粉末）。
