钢板镀层质量试验方法 在线X射线荧光法

适用范围

本标准规定了钢板表面镀层质量试验方法的术语及定义、原理、设备、测量曲线、测量设备的检查、测试点、测量、测量结果、测量不确定度、试验报告。本标准适用于连续热镀锌或电镀锌钢板镀层质量的在线测量方法。锌铝镀层、铝锌镀层、铝硅镀层、电镀锡镀层、锌铁合金镀层也可参照本标准执行。本标准单面镀层质量测量范围为1 g/m2～300g/m2。
