适用范围
本标准规定了钢铁企业余热资源分类及其梯级综合利用基本原则、规划方法、具体措施、利用方法、实施步骤和余热利用效率及效益的计算方法。本标准适用于黑色金属冶炼和压延加工企业的余热资源利用，其它冶金领域可参照本标准执行。
