适用范围

本标准规定了热轧带肋钢筋单位产品能源消耗限额的术语和定义、能耗限额等级、技术要求、统计范围和计算方法及节能措施。本标准适用于企业生产热轧带肋钢筋产品时工序单位产品能耗的计算、考核以及新建项目的能耗控制。
