适用范围

本标准规定了热轧钢带单位产品能源消耗限额的术语和定义、能耗限额等级、技术要求、统计范围和计算方法、节能措施。本标准适用热轧钢带单位产品能耗的计算、考核以及新建项目的能耗控制，不包括薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产的钢带。
