本文件规定了厨房设备用冷轧不锈钢钢板及钢带（以下简称钢板及钢带）的订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。本文件适用于除餐厨刀具外厨房设备用厚度0.25 mm～4.00 mm的冷轧钢带及其卷切钢板。
