主要技术内容
1.将野外采集的样品研磨后，用5 mm孔径的标准筛进行筛分，60 ℃条件下烘干24 h，取30 g处理后的样品放入烧杯中；2. 配制200 mL的饱和氯化钠溶液作为浮选液，倒入烧杯中；3.使用磁力搅拌器搅拌30 min，超声10 min，静置24 h；4.以玻璃棒引流，将浮选液缓慢沿大烧杯内壁倒入，避免液滴飞溅和对原液造成扰动；5.在倒入浮选液的过程中，密度较低的物质随着上层的浮选液流出，并转移至漏斗内0.45 μm孔径的尼龙滤膜上，静置时间改为12 h，并重复操作步骤3、4、5四次；6.打开真空抽滤泵，对上层溶液进行抽滤，并用超纯水清洗漏斗壁，继续抽滤，洗去盐基；7.将滤膜上浮选出的固体物质冲洗下来，并在50 ℃，振荡频率150 rpm/min的条件下，使用100 ml的30 %过氧化氢消解2天；
