乳酸脱氢酶测定试剂（盒）

适用范围

本标准适用于以乳酸盐为底物，采用连续监测法对血清或血浆中乳酸脱氢酶活性进行定量检测的乳酸脱氢酶测定试剂（盒），包括手工试剂和在半自动、全自动生化分析仪上使用的试剂。本标准规定了乳酸脱氢酶测定试剂（盒）的术语和定义、要求、试验方法、标签、使用说明书、包装、运输和贮存等内容。本标准不适用于干式乳酸脱氢酶测定试剂（盒）。
