本文件规定了电感耦合等离子体质谱（ICP-MS）法测定卤化物光学晶体中微量元素的原理、干扰和消除、试剂或材料、仪器和设备、样品、实验步骤、质量保证和质量控制等。 本文件适用于卤化物光学晶体（CsI/NaI）、原料以及类似的卤化物光学晶体材料中钙（Ca）、镁（Mg）、铬（Cr）、铅（Pb）、铜（Cu）、钛（Ti）、铁（Fe）、镱（Y）、铕（Eu）、铈（Ce）、镧（La）、铊（Tl）等12种微量元素含量的方法。各元素的方法检出限以及推荐质荷比见附录A。
主要技术内容
本文件规定了电感耦合等离子体质谱（ICP-MS）法测定卤化物光学晶体中微量元素的原理、干扰和消除、试剂或材料、仪器和设备、样品、实验步骤、质量保证和质量控制等。本文件适用于卤化物光学晶体（CsI/NaI）、原料以及类似的卤化物光学晶体材料中钙（Ca）、镁（Mg）、铬（Cr）、铅（Pb）、铜（Cu）、钛（Ti）、铁（Fe）、镱（Y）、铕（Eu）、铈（Ce）、镧（La）、铊（Tl）等12种微量元素含量的方法。各元素的方法检出限以及推荐质荷比见附录A。
