本标准规定了老年性精神障碍的诊断和鉴别诊断、辨证、治疗、结局(预后)、禁忌证与慎用证。本标准适用于老年性精神障碍的诊断和治疗。本标准不适用于精神分裂症抑郁症、焦虑障碍的诊断和治疗。
