船舶管理领域企业主体信用评价规范

主要技术内容

本标准面向信用服务机构之中国船舶管理领域企业主体信用评价业务，是航运行业信用评价业务规范系列标准之一。本标准结合当前信用服务机构信用评价业务发展需求，主要围绕中国船舶管理领域企业基础素质、竞争能力、经营管理、财务状况、履约与信用记录等方面，对影响企业信用状况的各个主要因素进行分解细化。梳理了企业信用评价业务的基本原则、信用信息管理和业务流程等内容，明确了信用服务机构信用评价业务规范，为信用服务机构开展船舶管理领域企业信用评价提供业务指南。中国船舶管理领域企业信用评价规范系列标准，将依据航运市场及企业信用服务市场发展需求，不断丰富完善。
