本文件规定了新能源场站全生命周期服务的规范性要求，包括服务要求、管理要求以及认证评价要求等内容。本文件适用于认证机构实施新能源场站在风力发电、光伏发电领域全生命周期服务认证活动，也适用于从事新能源场站在风力发电、光伏发电领域全生命期服务的组织规范其活动，以及组织的相关方（如：行业协会）对其实施符合性的确认。
