适用范围

本标准规定了深圳市新能源公共汽车场、站、库安全配套设施的基本要求、环境管理、人员管理、设施设备管理、安全管理、应急处置管理、服务、记录和评估与改进的技术要求。本标准适用于深圳市新能源公共汽车永久性场、站、库和临时租赁场、站、库的安全管理和运营工作。未特殊说明的条文为该两种场、站、库均应符合的要求，有特殊说明的条文按说明内容明确条文适用对象。
