适用范围
本文件规定了接地引下线导通电阻测试仪（以下简称“测试仪”）的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志和随行文件及包装、运输和贮存的要求。本文件适用于采用直流电流测量电力系统（或其他电力设施）接地装置电气连接性能的数字式测试仪的生产、使用和检验。
