本标准中规定了光谱照度计的术语定义、基本要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标识、包装、贮存和运输、质量承诺。本标准适用于测量光谱并通过光谱计算照度和色度参数的手持式光谱照度计，测量波段至少覆盖（380～760）nm。
