本文件规定了船舶修理涂装过程VOCs气体收集及治理的总体要求、主要工艺设备、零部件和原材料、工艺设计、现场施工作业、检测与过程控制、工程验收、运行、维护、劳动安全与职业卫生。本文件适用于船舶修理过程中船舶外壳体、货舱、舱盖及密闭舱室涂装工序所涉及的VOCs收集及治理，船舶建造及露天外场涂装作业涉及的VOCs收集及治理可参照执行。
